Presentation Guidelines

Track Sessions

Session Format

Length of presentation:

  • Each presenter will be allocated 20 minutes for their presentation and question time. We would like you to determine the best allocation for your time, e.g., 15 minutes of presentation and 5 minutes of discussion or 10 minutes of presentation and 10 minutes of discussion.

  • Please ensure you keep to your allocated time; we recommend having a stopwatch app on your phone.

Help on the day:

  • Each session will have a Session Chair keeping track of time. They will give you a 5-minute and a 2-minute warning. If your presentation has gone over 15 minutes, and you haven’t yet started your questions and answers time, the Session Chair will notify you to do so.

  • A volunteer will be assigned to each session/ room if you require any assistance with technology.
